I’m a medical doctor, certified infant sleep consultant, and mum of two and like many parents, I didn’t come to baby sleep through textbooks alone.
I came to it through exhaustion.
Despite years of medical training, nothing quite prepared me for the reality of fragmented nights, short naps, and the emotional weight of trying to do everything right for a tiny human who didn’t seem to read the manuals. Baby sleep challenged me in ways I didn’t expect and that experience changed the direction of my work.
Today, I support families using a calm, evidence-based, and compassionate approach to infant and toddler sleep. My work blends sleep science, infant development, emotional regulation, and real-life parenting – without rigid rules, unrealistic expectations, or pressure to override your instincts.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Babies are individuals. Families are unique. Sleep is not just a behaviour to “fix” – it’s a developmental process shaped by biology, temperament, and environment.
Through this blog, I share practical guidance, myth-busting insights, and honest reflections on baby sleep, early parenting, and the realities that often go unspoken. My aim is to help you feel informed, reassured, and confident – whether you’re navigating newborn nights, short naps, frequent wake-ups, or simply wondering if what you’re experiencing is normal.
Because good sleep support should feel safe, flexible, and grounded in understanding – not fear or pressure.
You’re very welcome here.
